What started as a leaking shower repair evolved into a full bathroom transformation designed to improve both function and aesthetics. The client wanted to maximize storage without making the space feel confined, so we installed a floating vanity to maintain an open, modern look and added custom storage above the toilet for everyday convenience.
To properly address the leak, we fully demolished the existing shower down to the studs and rebuilt it from the ground up. The original pedestal sink was removed, and we opened the wall to reconfigure the plumbing for a more efficient layout. The existing tile floor was taken down to the subfloor to ensure a solid foundation for the new build.
We constructed a custom shower pan with a liner and thoroughly waterproofed the shower and bathroom floor to provide long-term durability and peace of mind. The project was finished with all new materials and surfaces, resulting in a clean, cohesive space that feels both modern and highly functional.
