Rose City Park Kitchen Renovation

This project was driven by a clear client vision, as the homeowner—an architect—brought a thoughtful, design-forward concept to life. Our role was to execute that vision with precision while ensuring every detail met both structural and functional requirements.

A unique two-tone design was incorporated, with distinct material and countertop themes that transitioned cleanly at inside corners, creating a cohesive yet dynamic look throughout the space. The kitchen layout was reworked to improve flow and usability, including relocating the oven and integrating a new microwave for added convenience.

A standout feature of the project is the engineered structural skylight, which introduces natural light and enhances the overall openness of the space. The countertops were fabricated with a seamless transition into the sink, delivering a sleek, modern finish. A paneled dishwasher was installed to maintain visual continuity with the cabinetry.

To complete the remodel, new fir flooring was installed, adding warmth and tying together the clean, architectural design elements.
